As we announced last week, Retracting Solutions is proud to be a part of the 2016 annual Triangle Parade of Homes.

To enhance the indoor to outdoor space on the home, we installed two 20’ recessed Executive motorized Phantom screens on the porch. We were honored by the Parade of Homes judges with the “special feature” award for the porch and screens. Although we agree that the porch with versatile retractable screens is going to be the lucky homeowners’ go-to spot for relaxing and entertaining, we have to admit that everything about this home is quite special. From the elegant design, to the sliding barn doors, to the small details, this home is a must see on the parade!
