Golf course community living offers certain amenities and luxuries that other communities do not. We recently completed two projects in North Carolina golf communities we wanted to share with you.
The first is a magnificent home in the Sedgefield golf course community in Greensboro, NC. The expansive porch of this home features multiple arches which frame the view of the golf course. We used recessed units to install Phantom Screens on each of the arches to provide access to the view and protection to the people and décor on the porch.
The second project is from the Scotch Hall golf community and features two adorable cottages with a screened porch spanning the entire length of the back of the house. The middle screen utilizes a surface mount Phantom retractable screen unit. There are also traditional screen porch fixed panels on both sides of the unit.
