For the last two weeks we have been telling you about the 2016 Triangle Parade of Homes, a parade of newly constructed homes featuring the latest design trends, innovative products, and the ultimate in luxury living in the Raleigh/Durham area. This coming weekend, October 14-16, is your last chance to see the homes on the parade, many of which feature the quality work we do here at Retracting Solutions and the phenomenal products from Phantom Screens.
Today’s blog will give you another sneak peek at two homes on the parade that feature retractable screens from Phantom Screens that we installed. Both of these homes were built by Raleigh Custom Homes and they show how seamlessly the Phantom Executive Series retractable screens work to maximize the use of porches and patios, particularly the space adjacent to a swimming pool. As you can see from the photos, the screens allow a patio or porch to transform from being enclosed by screens to protect the area from the elements or pesky bugs to being completely open, with an effortless transition to the pool and outdoor living space of the home. Both homes are a perfect example of how retractable screens make your porch a place for relaxation and entertaining in both warm and cool weather.
Raleigh Custom Homes has two additional homes on the parade that also feature Phantom retractable screens installed by Retracting Solutions. But, we can’t give away all the secrets here on the blog! We would love for you to come out and enjoy the last weekend of the 2016 Parade of Homes and see the homes we have featured on the blog this month and all of the ones we have not. We’ve only been able to give a small sample of the luxury and fine craftsmanship embodied in each of these homes. You can find the Raleigh Custom Homes houses at the following addresses:
